Fight Gone Bad IV benefits Athletes for a Cure and the Wounded Warrior Project. There's no stopping us from making a difference and I hope you will support our efforts with any contribution you see fit. Last year we raised $627,000. This year, we are going for $1million. This goal will be reached one dollar at a time, in amounts ranging from $1 to $1000.

One Fight at a Time.
What's The Deal, JO?
Yeah that's right, I started a blog. Why? Who knows. Because it gives me a place to record my own progress. Because people often ask me how to train, or how to eat, or how to pwn in general. Because I felt like it.
All true reasons, but mainly because I love sharing information with the world; especially in areas that I am passionate about.
The focus of this blog will be on my workouts and nutrition in general, along with a dash of pop-culture references and general awesomeness. I will post my Workout of the Day ("WOD") daily, along with how I felt about it in general and any progress I am making. I'll post about my personal nutrition only when I change something in my diet.
But I'm also going to post about life in general. "But, JO, I don't care what you have to say about life, what do you know?" For one thing, I know that people who exercise and eat properly tend to live much more prosperous and successful lives than those who don't. So you can see how that translates for me personally.
I plan on writing my own unique articles on rest days as much as I can.
